How to reverse a bad bichectomy? (Photo)

Hi, I have had a bichectomy a year ago. I ended up whit a hole on one side, that generated that side of my face to collapse. It looks like it has melted. My question is... would a fat transfer procedure restore the volume AND serve as a new support to restore the balance of my face? or there is no way to reverse that? Attached is a picture. Looks like they have removed the whole bichat pad, when they shouldnt. I would appreciate your replays since it has been a rough year for me. Many thanks!

Bichectomy is a procedure where excess cheek volume is removed. Therefore, facial roundness reduces, and cheekbones become more prominent. Buccal fat removal is a permanent solution and once the fat is removed it will not come back. Best wishes.

The procedure can be reversed by having fat taken from a sterile site such as abdomen or thighs and placed in the area. I would highly suggest you search for a PS that specialize in facial procedure so that they can determine the best way to approach and correct your case.
