In person examination plays a big role in the answer here. You have a retrusive chin which would could be addressed with a chin implant. Based on your photos, the buccal fullness appears to be more anterior (which would be treated with buccal fat pad removal) rather than posterior (which would be treated with masseter botox). For the submental area, in person exam would be helpful to see if there's a little fat there for lipo, or if just radiofrequency skin tigthening will help. For the midface, fat grafting or filler can help add fullness and contour.

Based on the series of nicely posted photos, I recommend NO buccal fat removal since the buccal areas already slightly indented.
