Having fatty cheeks all my life, I’ve had my eyes on Buccal fat removal before it became a trend. I was always told to “wait until I was older”. I am now 35 and feel like they’re starting to sag. But with the awful reviews Buccal fat removal has gotten lately, I’m wondering if another procedure is better. Would hate to look older vs younger

You should be seen in person and examined in person for your concerns. You are exactly right that inappropriate or over-reduction of the buccal fat pad can age one's appearance, so it is crucial to be selective about performing that procedure, or sometimes perform other procedures in conjunction with it to obtain optimal results.
