In the past ive had a breast lift and 350cc implants. I still would like my breasts to be fuller at the top and have a more defined cleavage, in a bra they still dont have the definition and any shape. I just feel they still droop too much. Id also like to have more of a gap between them, would my hopes be achievable with another procedure?
Answer: Revision surgery Dear Funny60118, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breast No, probably not. Naturally, your breasts sit low on your chest and the bases of your breasts cannot be moved. Adding more volume will increase the risk of more sagging due to the weight. Fat grafting in the upper chest could be done to give some extra fullness. For less gap, you need smaller and a thinner based implant. I would suggest keeping what you have.

Answer: Can I get more of a lift? The short answer is no. You surgeon did really nice work and you look good. I know EXACTLY what you want--because I have had many patients ask me the exact same question. All we can do with a lift is to reposition the nipples and areolae to where they naturally belong but what we CAN'T do, and what everyone wants, is to move the breasts higher up on the chest. You naturally have a little lower placed breasts on your chest so even after a lift you have the feeling of them being a little low so it makes sense to want a better lift but the reality is that your breasts were restored to the highest position possible.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
