Going for full, round results, what breast treatment is recommended? Lift? (Photo)

Hi! I would like to know if a lift would be necessary to achieve my goal. I am going for full, round, very natural results (not high profile) and assume I would need an areola reduction and implants. I would want to avoid a lift if possible but a significant areola reduction is an absolute must as I would want them as small as possible. I'm aware my breast are not symmetrical by any means so I would expect implants to help with that.
