Breast Reduction Advice - options, realistic expectations? (Photos)

jmacsweeney100
My breasts have been bothering me for a long time with my self esteem and finding difficulty with clothes. They impact my activities (e.g. running), my posture, and my back aches occasionally. Everything I buy to wear is more expensive and I struggle a lot with feeling uncomfortable. When I speak about wanting a reduction, my friends/family say I'm crazy because I have a small waist and large boobs and should just be grateful. But I feel swamped by them on my frame. I am 31, moderarely active, 30E/F. I would love to be a C and also achieve a lot of lift. I spoke to my GP and he recommended trying weight loss to reduce them. My BMI was 22.4 when he said this. I lost weight (almost 8kg) until my cup size reduced to a small D, but lost my period in the process and looked rather underweight... and my boobs still felt too big for me! So this isnt an option I want to pursue again. I would love some advice on: 1. My options 2. Realistic surgery outcomes 3. Do professionals think that my breasts arent bad enough to warrant surgery (and the real issue is self esteem)
