Breast reduction 2021 - How can I fix scarring and and indentation under my right breast?

I had a breast reduction back in 2021. I was left with pretty bad scarring and an indentation under my right breast. Also, almost lost my right nipple which there is still some scarring. What would be the best procedure to do to fix the appearance and also the most affordable. I am not opposed to small implants as well.

Your breasts are still quite large and would benefit from a repeat reduction or scar revision.  It may be possible to use the inframammary incisions to correct the abnormality and remove excess skin tissue or redo the entire breast reduction.  The reduction technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.
