Breast reduction and HRT/estradiol - If I get a breast reduction and continue taking estradiol will my breasts grow?

Hi, I am 51 yr old female. I had a full hysterectomy 3 years ago and went into surgical menopause. I was prescribed Estradiol 1 mg. I have been consistently taking estradiol. Before the hysterectomy I was DD cup. I am now an F cup. If I get the breast reduction and continue taking estradiol will my breasts grow? If so will it be significant? I am comfortable with a C cup. Please advise. Thank you

If hormonal stimulus is causing rest tissue to grow, then that process may continue despite having a breast reduction.
That said, after a breast reduction, there will be less breast tissue, so the amount of growth in the future should be fairly small.
Talk to your doctor about hormone replacement and see if this needs to be managed differently.
To get an assessment and better understanding of treatment options. I suggest you schedule a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
Breast reduction surgery is covered by medical insurance so you want to make sure you consult with plastic surgeons were willing to work with insurance reimbursement.
Some plastic surgeons may give you a price quote for a cash payment, which will be a substantial amount of money.
If you have medical coverage than this should be a covered benefit for you.
