Breast still too big 1 year post reduction. Breasts hurt, incisions hurt - how should I move forward?

Kml009
So I am 5’0 female weight currently 144.6. I had a breast reduction in July 2024. I am very active, running, working out etc. when I hit the age 40 it’s like my breast and weight went foolish. My breast got so big it actually started hurting me to physically run and continue working out. I hadn’t started no new medications, no pregnancy, no hormone replacement therapy, no nothing. I went from 136-160 in a matter of months it felt like. So I started researching breast reduction surgery. After doing research I decided it may be best option for me. I had consult in pinehurst North Carolina wit at pinehurs surgical clinic. Dr Russel stokes was the surgeon. I specifically told him on several occasions I wanted him to go as small as he could. I wanted a b cup or smaller. I paid cash out of my pocket for this surgery. Over 10,000. I had two follow up appt. They left stitches in me caused me pain. At my next day follow up appt The surgeon told me I had the most dense breast he had ever seen in all his years of surgery. Needles to say it’s a year later I’m still having pain and breast are still very heavy and I’m just not happy at all and the worst part is the surgeon retired right after my surgery so I feel out of luck. I’ve called clinic they won’t see me. Tells me to go elsewhere. So u feel like u threw 10,000 of my money up a wild hogs rump. Breast hurt, incisions hurts, breast still super heavy and NO change at all in bra size. Can anyone help me or give me some advice
