breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.
Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.
While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.
If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Thanks for your question! It is fixable but it is quite difficult to fix. I would suggest finding someone who specializes in this and has plenty of before and after photos to show you. Good luck!

Symmastia is a difficult problem to address (whether born with it, or happened post procedure) - requires a new division to be created between the breast, which is not easy. There are certain techniques that can be tried, and maybe could provide some improvement but hitting a home run on the result is a tough one (even in experienced hands). Recommend seeking a few opinions - but there can be a combination of lipo and suture techniques that can be tried to see an artificial division can be created, but other than surgical attempts - likely won't have many options.

Your breasts still seem low on the chest wall. You may benefit from another lift or from liposuction of the medial area to create more cleavage.

Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! An exam is needed to be sure but it appears you may benefit from a revision to correct asymmetry and further enhance the shape. Based on only one post a photo, and no before photos, it appears the result is acceptable. Options could be a revision of the breast lift portion for a more tighter, inferior quadrant of the breast with liposuction of the sternal area and plasma to correct Ubu effect. Fee $8000-$15,000. To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
Pictures should be with you with your arms in a down position.
Before pictures give us an understanding of your candidacy for the procedure.
It tells us if it would be an easy or difficult procedure in regards to Aesthetic outcome.
Most likely you had substantial amounts of excess skin that needed to be removed.
Sometimes there’s so much skin that the scars need to be extended, and we generally don’t connect the dots in the midline during breast surgery.
Breast reduction outcomes are often judged based on where the patient started.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took
Consider reposting it with proper before and after pictures.
You should also follow up with your provider and have him or her address your concerns.
