I had breast lift with implants a year ago. My implants were placed under the muscle. I have a lot of movement in one side, pain when the implant moves and it’s so mobile it can push into the other breast. When I lay down it moves so much that the incision is nowhere near the breast crease. My surgeon has already gone into the left breast once to try and fix the issue (he did an internal thread lift) and this didn’t work. I’m also unhappy with how pointy my right breast looks. What can I do?

Answer: Internal bra with Galaflex mesh to support breast implants
You need a lift and have two options for a lift. One, you can have the surgical lift to raise your nipples and center your breasts. You can also consider minimaly invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency like ThermiTight. the amount of lift obtained cannot be determined, but scarring is...
Your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and will never be high. However, fat transfer may help give more upper breast fullness. I would not go larger or you will be back with larger and sagging breasts.
You need to look at your before-any-implant photos to see exactly where your nipples sit and if they are symmetrical. This will answer your question. I suspect, you were not symmetrical.
