33, breastfed 3 kids, can implants remove my symmastia?

Went for a consultation and the doctor said I had symmastia and wouldn’t advise implants. I don’t want to go big. Just get my boobs and cleavage back after breastfeeding 3 kids. 33 year old mum.

…and photo. An examination in person would be required to properly evaluate you and assist you in determining your options for breast enhancement. Your position in your photo exaggerates the proximity of your breasts to each other so it is difficult to confirm that you have try synmastia. Furthermore, “cleavage” may mean differ things to different people. You appear to have pretty breasts with adequate cleavage but a further discussion about your goals is warranted.

All women’s breasts will undergo post pregnancy changes some of which are partially correctible and some are not. The relative proximity of your breasts to each other is your unique anatomy irrespective of pregnancy and that is unlikely to change.

If you are dissatisfied with th opinion of your first plastic surgeon please consider a second opinion. Best of luck to you.

A photo of your breasts in their natural state (without pushing) is required to give you an accurate plan.  I feel in your case, a physical exam would also be required for accuracy.
