I am 43 and also a seckle cell carrier my height is 1.65 and my current weight is 75kg please am l suitable for bbl surgery with doctor clearance?

Thanks for the question, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour, also, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Based on these photos, you are good candidate for liposuction and fat transfer. Sickle cell trait should not be a problem providing that you are cleared by your PCP. In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

For patients who carry a single gene for sickle cell anemia disease the risk of a sibling crisis is much lower but enough that most plastic surgeons will probably want you to obtain a hematology consultation.

Each plastic surgeon will bury on their willingness to do the procedure but I would imagine everyone is gonna want a hematology consultation so start by talking to a hematologist.

You should also start scheduling in person consultations with local boards certified plastic surgeons who do this procedure.

Based on your pictures some weight loss followed by a full tummy tuck is the correct procedure in regards to your abdomen. You can have fat grafting to your buttocks and thighs if you’d like.
