Hi, I had a Brazilian butt lift two years ago, and I started to notice lumps in my butt. How can I get rid of this? The doctor that I went to for my surgery is not returning my calls.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Being that it has been two years since your BBL surgery, a revision BBL surgery performed by a BBL specialist would benefit you most. In order to address your uneven skin texture and irregularities,

In order for us to assess the outcome of a surgical procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then contact your provider and ask them to forward the ones they took. They are part of your medical record and you have a legal right to copies of your medical record. If they don’t respond to phone calls then send them a certified letter and then I’ll probably send you a copy of your medical record.

Likewise if your doctor is not returning your calls I suggest simply making an appointment.

The lumps may represent cellulite, fat necrosis or uneven contour from poorly done or inappropriate Liposuction.

Some providers purposely Liposuction part of the upper thigh to give the illusion of a larger buttocks. I believe this is a mistake but my opinion it’s just my opinion.
