Can I get Brazilian Butt Lift if I have GP6D deficiency?

Hello , I want to have plastic Surgery. I do have GP6D DIFIENCY. I would like to know if its possible to have such a surgery with local or general anesthesia? And lets just say will I have options of other anesthesia to use during this process?
