Is it safe to use at-home microneedling/Dr. Pen if I replace tip & they're sterile?

I know that at home micro needling is not suggested as rollers can cause tears and repeating using the needles can cause infection. However if I bought a motorised device (eg Dr Pen) which uses single use sterile attachments and is not a roller, is this safe? I know results would be better in a clinic but I’m only mid-20s so looking for subtle anti aging/prevention. Would that be safe if I replace the tip and they’re sterile? Are there any brands recommended? thanks :)
