What serum would you recommend to use while I do microneedling that activates AMPK pathway?

I bought lancome absolue serum, guerlain orchid imperial and L'Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream ($1,000) after their claim of activation of AMPK pathway. Not sure if its truly worth it. Any serum and cream you would recommend that activates AMPK pathway or that could be used with daily tretinoin and vitamin C use?
