I want to get microneedling done on my face for texture and hyperpigmentation. I was told that microneedling under eyes can help with hyperpigmentation. However, I have very obvious periorbital veins so now I hesitate going to see a professional as I don''t want me vein to pop. Does it matter if its the roller microneedle?
