Assymetric nose. Tip is slightly protruding on one side, creating uneven profiles. Will a graft be needed? (Photos)

I'm 40 years female and Im considering rhinoplasty. I have croocked nose, mostly towards the tip. Tip is slightly protruding on one side, creating uneven profiles. I also think I have collapsing nasal valve on the left? Will surgery be more complicated/expensive in my case? Will graft be needed as well? Can this deformity worsen as I age and create breathing problems? Thank you .
