Based on what I see, you appear to have very thin nasal skin, and an hourglass appearance to your nose. If you are looking to achieve straight bridge lines, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for filling these concavities on both of your nasal side walls for a straighter and less distracting nasal appearance. You have a slight degree of facial and nasal asymmetry, overstating its importance may lead to psychological annoyance without a reason, we are all asymmetrical to your or higher extent, that's normalcy.

Lines at the sides of the nose are not a matter subject withing rhinoplasty technices, they don't have any known and safe solution.

I perceive a supratip depression, could be flagged as a segmentary saddle nose, probably your caudal septum was damaged or removed from long ago, this may deserve treatment, together with eh dorsal hump, the poor alar rim/nostril support/shaping, nasal valve pinching and eventually a cautious alar base reduction.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. The bulbous tip can be reduced and the dorsum made straighter. If you have problems breathing then you may need a septoplasty.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. The mid-vault can also be improved with surgery. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Rhinoplasty surgery may be a good idea for you.
The dorsum of your nose could be augmented with a large cartilage graft.
There are a lot of things to discuss.
I suggest by focusing your efforts on provider selection.
Schedule several consultations with plastic surgeons in your community with specialize in rhinoplasty surgery if there are any.
Look for plastic surgeons for members of the rhinoplasty society.
This is not the type of rhinoplasty that should be done by those who don’t have experience.
Ask providers to show you before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar procedures.
Bring a set of facial pictures with you to use as reference during the consultation.
The line did form when you smile may be challenging to treat.
