Date of BA: March ‘22. 275cc OTM, mod+, round, textured. Since a week post op my left breast has felt very uncomfortable(still to this day), despite looking almost normal. It feels a bit firmer, heavier and ‘stuck on’ only towards my sternum. I had major swelling in my left breast 1 week PO. A recent ultrasounds said my pocket is lose. But my surgeon cleared me at 1 year PO. What to do?

Go back to your surgeon and ask to be examined. You may have developed a capsule on the left. The textured implants are more "stuck on" and les mobile than smooth implants.

It looks like your implants are under the muscle .
I would replace them above the muscle with smooth implants

In order to make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we generally always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures, ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Based on the pictures you’ve included your breasts are highly divergent. In other words, your breast point towards the sides rather than straight forward. Divergence is generally amplified when augmenting the breasts. Ideally, they should have been discussed during your consultation.
