Can I switch high profile to moderate profile?

I got 375cc on my right and 350cc on my left . I am not happy with the size and I think they look too fake. Can I better a bigger moderate profile implant to replace them?

Yes, you can go down in profile and may also need to go down in size since the shorter profile will have a wider base.

Without including proper before, and after pictures, we can’t really make an assessment regarding the outcome of your procedure. The bigger the implant you have the more your breast is going to look like an implant. High profile, implants, give more projection, and this typically is not the most natural or normal appearance of women’s breast. Implant size should be based on an understanding of each woman’s breast diameter, and choosing an appropriate implant that will fit anatomically in a pocket under the breast, or ideally under the pectoralis muscle. High profile implants, are used in women who want bigger breast using the same diameter implants.
I suggest you discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeons or schedule a few in person second opinion, consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community. Foe second opinion consultations patient should come prepared bringing with them a complete set of before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report.
