NAC malposition: I was botched in a explant and now after 2 lifts in attempt to correct one adding 190cc implants thou asked for 350cc and still looks hideous how can this be fixed? Any examples?

Answer: Breast Revision Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to breast revision surgery. Unfortunately, you definitely had a poorly performed breast lift. I have fixed similar issues in the past. I have found the best way to address this is to elevate the breast implant pocket by performing an internal bra-capsulorrhaphy. You may have to accept a more round appearing breast to center the areolas. Best wishes to you.

Answer: NAC malposiiton What you actually need to have done at this point is a wedge excision of the inferior pole with a slightly smaller implant to bring the nipple position down
