I put down $2500 the day of consultation and my appointment wasn't for another 2 months. Am I entitled to a full refund for having a medical condition?

Most plastic surgeons are more than happy to refund deposits with circumstances such as yours. Talk with your surgeon or the office manager.  By the way congratulations!

Every MD has a written policy regarding refunds that the patients usually sign when scheduling surgery.  I would check my paperwork to see what you signed.  Given your situation though policy or not I would refund the money

I have a hard time thinking anyone would keep your deposit under tjese circumstances. Explain the situation to the surgeon and I suspect he will congratulate you on the good news of your pregnancy and happily return your refund.
