Does having liposuction effect you're period?

I had my liposuction on the 27th of October and I was due around the 4-5th of November but nothing has happened, I was just wondering due to trauma and you're body trying to heal can it temporarily stop you're body from having a period?

I can't say it's fully connected with your operation. This might be because of your post-op psychological tension and I don't think you're pregnant. Your period will return to normal within 2-3 months. I wish you all the best.

liposuction is a significant physiologic event that can affect the menstrual cycle. This should even out in a month or so

I think any stress on the body can impact your regular menstrual cycle.  It usually goes back to normal within a few months.
