Answer: Recovery from liposuction and ThermiTight: What you need to know These procedures usually cause some swelling around the treatment area, which typically subsides within 1-2 weeks. You should see results from your liposuction within a couple of weeks as swelling goes down. It will take some time to see full results from ThermiTight, as your body produces new collagen strands within the dermal structure. This process can take up to six months. As long as you are working with an experienced, board-certified physician, you should see very good results at this point.

Answer: Thermi Tight with jowl lipo recovery Hello Greenstreet, The jowl liposuction will have swelling that will take 4-6 weeks to settle. However, realize the tissues will be settling out over several months. The Thermi tight will take months to fully settle. This does not mean that you will be swollen during this time period. Most patients will experience some "tingling" in the area that was treated. Good luck, Dr. Dominic Castellano
