I recently received a consultation from a doctor to correct gynecomastia and one of the items that could be included was Thermi Tight or ThermiRF, in combination of the breast tissue removal and lipo. How important is this additional tightening for a good end result? While this was not required, they mentioned additional tightening.

Regardless, there would be some added benefit. The way I would view there answer is that they feel you would get a better overall result with the additional skin tightening but since historically they have done this procedure without the ThermiTight you would still get an "acceptable result".
