You are early on in your recovery. Please allow about 3-6 months or so for any swelling to subside before assessing your results. At that point, if you still dislike your results, please return to your surgeon to discuss, specifying what you’re concerned about. Revision surgery may be an option.

At 3 weeks, there is still swelling present. You cannot make any final decisions at this time. You need to wait 6 months for all the swelling to go down before making any decisions on possible revision.
