My nipples are not lined up . Why is one boob way lower? (photos)

It has been 3 months already and my right boob is tighter , still painful and higher, and out to the side more . What is wrong here ,? My nipples are unlined and one boob has way more implant on the bottom part of my breast than the other and the right one is higher and still painful and out to the side more

Hard to answer without preop photos. This may be due to pre-existing asymmetry or your implant may need more time to settle or you may be developing a capsular contracture. Best to see your operating surgeon so you can be examined in person and your preop/post op photos can be laid side by side so you can see the change. Good luck!

Thank you for the question and photos.  It is hard to give an accurate assessment through photos alone.  Your asymmetry could have been present pre-operation or you implants should still be settling in.  It is not uncommon for breasts to heal at different rates and it should take a good 4-6 months for your implants to fully settle.  Visit a board-certified plastic surgeon and
have a full evaluation.  Best of luck.

To give an answer, preoperative pictures would really be needed. Looking at the current position of the implants, they seem to be pretty symmetric, so it would look like this was a preexisting asymmetry of the nipples. You should discuss the problem with your surgeon, together with the possible options for improvement.
