I have recently lost 65lbs and they are more saggy than they were, with the implant high in my chest under the muscle with my breast tissue sagging. The shocking pain is between nipple area and armpit.

Answer: Sensory changes after Breast Implant Surgery Thank you for your question. You can have changes in sensation after implant surgery. It sounds like you have an irritated nerve - which may be due to your weight loss and the change in where the implant sat, or maybe it was something you've had immediately after your surgery. Regardless, it sounds like you now may need a mastopexy - or a breast lift - to help tighten the breast pocket due to your weight loss (which, by the way, congratulations!). At the time this is performed, this implant can be replaced or moved slightly, which may improve your intermittent discomfort. Best of luck!

Answer: Shocking pain This is probably due to tension on a sensory nerve and can be fixed with repositioning the implant and correcting the breast ptosis. Try wearing a bra that is very supportive as well.
