Rest assured, when you get back to the weight you were at right after surgery, you should see a reduction in breast size as well. You may notice a subtle change with regard to skin laxity but this should be minimal. I recommend you consult a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss this in further detail. If your breasts are larger from just weight gain, then they can be smaller with weight loss. Gain in size from hormonal issues are different and not dependent upon weight gain.

When a person gains and loses weight some notice definite changes in breast size. Others have very little to no change to their breasts with weight changes. If you noticed your breasts increased with weight gain there is a chance you will notice them decreasing with weight loss. There is no guarantee in any case.
