I would wait at least a month after breast augmentation surgery before considering chiropractic adjustments. I would wait six months before lying on your chest while receiving chiropractic adjustments, as it takes this long for a capsule of scar tissue to mature around the implants. Prior to that time, excessive force on the implants may cause them to drop farther than you would like.
