Im 26 years old. i want big boobs my cub size now is B what is the biggest i can go for my dr suggested 425cc. Will that give me big boobs or it will look natural?
Answer: 425cc breast implants 46 kg Hello and thank you for your question.Implants size depends on a number of factors, including your chest size(and there a quite a few different measurements that we take at consultation), your general frame size, and what look you want.In my many years of Specialist practice as a Plastic Surgeon, I definitely do not recommend that you choose a size that is very large. You want to live with these implants for many years- comfortably and looking natural. I get patients to have a 'try-on 'session with similar sizes of implants, so give my patients a visual look. There are also different shaped implants, and our consultation together may land up with me showing you a couple of options that may be appropriate for you- it all depends on what I see, what you want, and what I measure.I hope this has been of value to you.

Answer: Choosing implants by cc's The answer to your question really has nothing to do with your height or weight or current breast size but what size/volume of implant will fit behind your breast properly and what effect will it have. To start from cc's and work backwards is like saying "I'm 5 feet 2 and 101 pounds. Can I choose a size 12 dress or a size 8 shoe?" There are some plastic surgeons who say that any implant over 400 cc's is too big for a first time procedure but this is also starting from cc's and working backwards. The answer to your question is (at least in the standard smooth surface, round implant partially under the pectoralis muscle) that unless your breast width is unusually wide or narrow for your chest circumference, you can usually gain about 1-2 cup sizes from where you're starting from and your tissues will allow for this much expansion in one operation. This would be an implant that has a diameter (and height) that fits the internal width of your breast (measured upright with arms down) and a low, medium, or high profile (forward volume). The number of cc's is determined by finding the correct diameter of the implant that will fit behind your breast and choosing a profile to go up 1, 1 1/2, or 2 cup sizes and then looking up this diameter implant under the correct profile. This way you know the implant will fit you and approximately what effect it will have in terms of making your breast look bigger. The number of cc's comes last, not first.
