I'm 5'7", 160 lbs. My surgeon and I agreed on 400cc but I wanted to go bigger. I also wanted textured as I am going I to pro wrestling. I wanted fullness in the upper pole and I also desires the fake look. We agreed on 525cc textured silicone, high profile over the muscle. Should I go bigger? He said because I am taller and thicker I could easily do 800cc but it would be huge.
Answer: Stick with the 525 In my opinion they're very few people augmentation that could tolerate and 800 mL implants. Your original plan sounds reasonable and I would stick with that.

Answer: Textured 525cc implants, high profile over the muscle. Am I getting what I want? Implant size can best be determined by a cooperative sizing process. That means that trying different volumes in a bra with the Surgeon's staff will allow the patient to arrive at a volume that she can embrace. The more involvement you have- the better you will feel- and the final be yours in conjunction with the surgeon's ability and willingness to comply.

Answer: Textured 525cc implants, high profile over the muscle. Am I getting what I want? The best cosmetic result in any particular breast augmentation patient depends on a variety of factors, including: your individual anatomy, realistic expectations, a thorough discussion with the plastic surgeon about the options, and an understanding of the pros and cons of any particular implant choice. Proper sizing is not just about the number of cc’s. The thickness of your tissue, breast dimensions which include the width, height, and projection, as well as chest wall width all need to be considered when choosing an implant. Trying on implant “sizers” of various shapes and volumes while wearing a tight t-shirt, bra, or bathing suit at a preoperative visit will help you and your surgeon choose the optimal implant. Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest that plastic surgeon bge certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (CSAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, MD FACS La Jolla, California

Answer: Choosing the Right Breast Implant Size for You Thank you for your question.Without pictures and your measurements, particulary your base width diameter, it is impossible to say. If you desire the fake look, then go with a high profile implant, not moderate or moderate plus.To be sure, see two or more board certified plastic surgeons for a complete evaluation to make sure that you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery.I hope this helps.

Answer: Textured 525 cc breast implants over the muscle. Considering the fact that you are April Ressler I would seriously consider having her breast implants placed beneath the chest muscle. My concern about large textured breast implants underneath the breasts is the risk of visible rippling and palpability. In addition considering the occupation I would consider under the muscle a safer alternative. For more information breast implant size please read the following link:
