Why don't some plastic surgeons don't recommend drainage massages and lymphatic massages?

I had a MINI tummy tuck and liposcultura. And I got drained from my tummy tuck with a needle. But the rest of my body was just lympathic massages he didnt drain the liquid out of the holes

For patients who would like lymphatic drainage massage after liposuction, I recommend starting about 1 week after surgery.

I would use a combination approach to revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF. Best,  Dr. Karamanoukian #Realself100 Surgeon
