Is Lymphatic drainage back up normal 6 months out of lipo? (photo)

It's been a roller coaster ride. From day of lipo and breast augmentation- looking good. carved out and excited. Then swollen and rigid in the abdomen... after 3 months of compression garment, I am swollen everywhere else. Month 4 - some relief. But puffy- Everything seems bigger-ankles to finger tips. But most prominent swelling and "fat" seems to be in lymph drainage channels. Also. Top of butt is hard and numb. I can't fit in my clothes ? My butt wasn't touched by surgeon

I would use a combination approach to revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF. Best,  Dr. Karamanoukian #Realself100 Surgeon

Dear Shawnonemore,After having lipo to obtain the fat to transfer lynphatic and ultrasound massages are very helpful for the recovery and reduces the swelling. They are recommended 10-15 massages and they should be started 3-5 days after surgery. Best wishes.

Massage may benefit you following #vaser which is why is it often suggested following your procedure. It is also recommended to improve lumps or #swelling experienced among the surgical sites following #liposuction. If deemed beneficial, your doctor will recommend at your post-op follow-up...

Lymphatic massage does help after BBL.  If after 5 you still have swelling then I would suggest doing several additional sessions.
