Are ultrasound therapy machines better then manual lymphatic massages?

Question

I'm about to have a second round of lipo within 4 months and want to do whatever I can to make sure I don't get fibrosis. If that includes purchasing an expensive ultrasound machine I'm willing to do just want to make sure it actually works. Besides massages and garments what else is best. Willing to pay $1500 for machine if it works in between massages

I would use a combination approach to revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.

I recommend following up with your Doctor about their after care protocols. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
