How do I get real pain meds for post-op pain management in Dominican Republic?

YilyBarbie.4.24.18
I'm scheduled to have a tummy tuck, lipo, and Bbl in Santo Domingo next month. The only "pain medication" on my Dr's list is "Ronex". When googling it, it's not even a pain med at all! Not sure my U.S. doctor will prescribe meds for an over-seas surgery, & getting an appt is HELL. Are there doctors I can go to, only for perscriptions? Or is there the options of getting "real" pain meds while in Santo Domingo? I have quite a low pain tolerance. HELP!
