Can I have Vaser Lipo an J Plamas together.I had tummy tuck two years ago I am interested in having Vaser Lipo and J Plamas together is this possible that I can have both done at the same time, I am looking for a flatting tummy and smaller waist. I want to look like i have ABS from ever since I did my procedure I always have an high area under my breast they didn't Lipo that area good so please advice me can I have both done together need to know if it is possible. Depending on your skin turgor and shape you could get a better result with both modalities. So yes you can use both if necessary. Vaser also can make all the difference in skin tightening. See a provider first and get a good evaluation. Hope this helps. JB

J Plasma, now known as Renuvion combines very well with Vaser especially when extra skin and superficial soft tissue tightening is required to optimise the results. Excessive skin laxity will always require a tummy tuck but for those with mild to moderate skin laxity combining Vaser Liposuction with Renuvion is an excellent option to consider.

Thank you for your question.Laser liposuction is good for problem areas of fat, but lacks body shaping. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin.

Both these procedures are possible at the same time. In fact both are typically used together because the results of each treatment compliment each other. If you are looking for "abs",  a very popular procedure is abdominal etching. This procedure utilizes VASER liposuction and renuvion skin tightening, which is similar to J plasma, to target specific areas of fat. This procedure is more advanced than the traditional liposuction techniques. The results are significantly better and produce natural results.

There’s really no good reason for you to do J plasma after a full tummy tuck especially in the front of the abdomen.Liposuction might make your abdomen more flat and could potentially show better muscle definition.The aerial fullness below the breast on the bottom of your rib cage forms from a skinfold.it’s the same skin fold that comes from a skin attachment the forms the fold that many people have on their mid back. The weight of the breast pushes down on the skin and the skin drops to the point of the skin attachments at which point the skin bulges out. Ideally during a full tummy tuck this skin attachment is cut allowing the skin to be Pulled tight all the way from the very base of the breast to the incision. If during the procedure the skin and fat layer is not separated high enough then this skin attachment on the rib cage will prevent the skin from being pulled tight on the upper part of the abdomen just below the breast. It’s an important part of a full tummy tuck that is sometimes missed. It looks like fat but in reality most likely your skin is looser in this area and the area is corrected if you lift up on your breast taking the tension off the skin.Liposuction on this area may help but the primary problem is a skinfold due to a skin attachment which ideally should be released during a full tummy tuck.this is my opinion and has been my experience. I’m sure lots of other plastic surgeons will have different views and different opinions on the topic.It’s hard to tell any particular area of concern for the pictures you’ve posted.I don’t see the need to add J plasma but it won’t hurt either.I own a J plasma device and don’t find it particularly helpful.Well done liposuction may give you improvements depending on how much fat you have and who does the procedure.Well done liposuction may give you improvements depending on how much fat you have and who does the procedure.
