Thank you for the question and photos. Based on the images, it appears you might be a very good candidate for liposuction to treat your saddlebags. I offer Awake lipo for this purpose, which uses tumescent fluid to loosen fat cells for easier removal. The process results in less trauma to surrounding tissue and may require a shorter recovery time for some patients than traditional lipo techniques. It can also be done using local anesthesia, which reduces risks during and after treatment. Liposuction uses micro-cannulas inserted directly into the treatment area to gently suction away unwanted fat cells. Many patients find the skin conforms easily over the new contour, but I also offer non-surgical options in skin tightening to put the finishing touches on a body sculpting treatment when necessary. ThermiTight and Ultherapy are two popular choices for this purpose. My best advice is to be sure you work with a doctor who is both board certified and highly experienced in the lipo technique they use. With the right doctor and a treatment plan tailored to your precise needs, your liposuction procedure should be safe and effective.
Thank you for your question and photos. Looking at your photos you are a good candidate for vaser liposuction and Renuvion It can sculpt and shape multiple areas in a single procedure, immediate and precise sculpting of delicate areas of the body. Realistic curves and definition, even for hard-to-fix spots. Give you smoother and more predictable results, enhanced skin retraction (skin tightening) with minimal pain, swelling and bruising. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who will explain the benefit of both procedures. All the best
When we perform liposuction to the lower legs, microcannulas are used to remove fat very superficially without damaging the tissue or causing any scars or irregularities. Multiple energy devices are used to melt fat and tighten skin, which is especially needed in this small, sensitive area. Precision and skill is vital to get the best outcomes.Coolsculpting and Kybella are non-surgical options that can also be used for fat reduction in the knees.I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert to determine the best course of treatment for you. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. You appear to have youthful skin elasticity and could be a good candidate for liposuction of your outer thigh saddlebag areas. I recommend consulting with a experienced liposuction surgeon who can physically examine you to determine the amount of fat vs bone structure you have in these areas. Vaser liposuction may provide a nice result, however tumescent liposuction may be a good option for these areas also. Good luck!
The ultimate treatment for saddlebags and your back and belly is high definition body contouring using VASER liposuction and scarless skin tightening using Renuvion which will result in transforming your torso, saddlebags, and buttocks. Please consider a virtual consultation with a high definition body contouring specialist.
True saddlebags usually respond nicely to liposuction. There are some variables that determine what type of results each person can get. The bone structure versus the amount of fat is probably the main one. Fullness in the upper outer thigh and that’s more posterior or the side of the buttocks ( Area blending in to the banana roll )tends to not respond as well. In your case you should have a nice improvement. Personally my preference is to not use VAS ER. It can be an effective tool especially when very aggressive liposuction is desired. This form of liposuction has a proven higher complication rates and personally the worst disfigured cases I see typically had VASER done. If someone has true experience and skill it should not be a detriment and may be to some slight advantage. Without question the skill of the provider far far outweighs the equipment used. In fact, I don’t know as single procedure that has such a variance in outcomes as liposuction. All of it related to who does the procedure. Delivering consistent high-quality results with liposuction is far more difficult than both patients and providers believe. My practice is devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer procedures and has for the last 10 years. I feel like I can speak with some authority when I say that the choice of provider is going to make the difference in outcome. It’s worth recognizing your structural asymmetry before the procedure and recognizing that often an attempt of correcting asymmetry will lead to a new and sometimes more and natural asymmetry. This is a topic that plastic surgeons seem to have it somewhat different views on and then my own. Still, patients often fail to recognize they have asymmetry before the procedure but look at themselves critically after. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, you appear to be an excellent candidate for Vaser liposuction. Liposuction involves removal of fat through small pipes(cannulas) placed under the skin under extreme vacuum after pretreatmentwith an infusion of solution containing a blood vessel constrictor (toprevent bleeding) and an anesthetic (if performed awake). Augmented liposuctionutilizes laser energy or ultrasonic energy to semiliquify the fat, making iteasier to remove and adds a subtle skin tightening effect..In general, the experience of the surgeon is more important thanthe type of instrument utilized.I recommend you visit a plastic surgeon with considerableliposuction experience and allow him / her to use the instrument with whichhe / she feels most comfortable.Best wishes...

Looking at your photo, we are curious to know if you got lymphatic massages after your traditional lipo procedure? We recommend that you must get a package of lymphatic massages after your procedure otherwise its very possible for your tissue to harden and cause lumps to your stomach.
Vaser Liposuction will not help with sagging, loose skin or stretch marks. While exercise can strengthen and improve muscle tone in the upper arm, it can not address excess skin that has lost elasticity. With the Brachioplasty (arm lift) procedure, Incisions will be made on the undersides of...
