Can Vaser Lipo benefit me and would I need to get a skin tightening treatment as well? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your images, it appears liposuction will be a good option for you. This procedure is designed to remove stubborn fat you can’t get off with diet and exercise. It is truly the only way to reshape the body and achieve a smaller waist. At your young age, I would suspect your skin would conform over your slimmer contour quite nicely without additional intervention like Vaser, which requires much larger instruments and risks of burns. 
I offer liposculpture with microneedling in my practice, which combines the liposuction process with tumescent fluid and tiny instruments for a gentler procedure and less trauma to surrounding tissue. The fluid loosens fat cells to make them easier to suction out. I usually perform this procedure using local anesthetic and patients have just a few days of recovery time. From the looks of your photos you should be a good candidate for Vaser 360 body sculpting. Your skin turgor is good and you seem fit. Thank you for your question. You appear to be a good candidate for Vaser liposuction. Given your age and likelihood of adequate skin elasticity I would expect your skin will retract back nicely and you to have the result of a lovely contour. 

The name of the equipment or the form of liposuction is fairly Irrelevant in comparison to the skill of the provider.
Liposuction can help you remove some of the unwanted fat. The inability to maintain a healthy weight is not corrected by having fat removed surgically.
Some patients will drift back to their pre-procedure weight though with the new Fed distribution after liposuction especially high-volume Liposuction.
cellulite is caused by connective tissue bands that anchored the skin in certain parts of the body to the underlying muscle fascia. These tend to be located on pressure bearing areas such as the back of the thighs and buttocks. these connective tissue bands have a set length and cause indentations of the skin as the distance adjacent is increased with an increased amount of fat. fat transfer can make this worse ask can weight gain. unfortunately liposuction usually does not help. while liposuction does not make cellulite worse the uneven contours seen from poorly done liposuction can imitate cellulite.
Lower extremity liposuction is technically difficult, more likely to lead to Undesirable outcomes and rarely delivers what people anticipated.
People who do not have the desirable curves based on the muscular skeletal structure are limited to how much curves can be created with fat removal.
Consider showing better pictures. Look at how plastic surgeons take their before and after pictures. There is a reason we take pictures that way.

Hi and welcome to our forum!You appear to represent an excellent candidate for Vaser liposuction (You do not have enough soft tissue excess for abdominoplasty). The Vaser liposuction will create a degree of skin shrinkage. I do not think there will be any loose skin after the procedure. I cannot comment upon your thigh cellulite as it is not apparent in the photos provided.Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.Best wishes...

As long as you are maintaining the body weight in stable range, All you need is carefully planned and a gentle aspiration of fat from the abs, flanks, mid back and thighs, processing the same fat redistribution to butts, hips and the breast if needed. to achieve a lasting silhouette figure.
