I have had a fever the last few days two weeks after a tummy tuck, lipo and boob job.

I have had my surgery and are due to fly home Soon. I'm experiencing a fever on and off for the last few days. It seems to go with medication but comes back a day or two later? Any ideas?

I would recommend that you discuss this question with your surgeon so he/she can examine you and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan at this time.  Every surgeon has their own respective post op protocol for his/her patients.  Your surgeon is your best resource as he/she is most familiar with your medical history and how you are healing at this time.  
The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.

Online, there's non way to know the cause of your intermittent fever. You should address this with the plastic surgeon in the DR. They should do a work up with some labs and other studies if necessary to help you find a diagnosis and get you treated. Good luck, Dr. ALDO

Fever after surgery that persists is concerning, especially if you are far away from home. I would not leave until your surgeon has seen and treated the issue otherwise you'll potentially be dealing with a much bigger issue when you get home. Best of luck!

  You need to contact your PS immediately, he/she need to evaluate the reasons why are you having fever, this is something you should do as soon as possible in order to prevent any complication. Good luck :)

This is a situation that I encourage you to discuss with your surgeon.  You need to be evaluated to determine the cause for your fever and appropriate treatment decided.  You don't want to leave before having this addressed.
