Additional treatments can dry you up more, but it is very rare to have more than two treatments of MiraDry. The other option is Botox which can be injected in the underarms too and requires treatments every 4 to 6 months. Read about both options at the link below.
The smell would be caused by the bacteria interacting with your sweat. Botox can be used to decrease sweating in the underarms. I recommend getting a formal consultation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Botox def works but also research Precision Tx as a permanent treatment. It is a one time treatment.
Botox works very well for Underarm sweating. I find that Botox injections cause underarm sweating to stop. However, it is a temporary solution which many people find useful. There is a permanent solution with a procedure called Miradry. Most people require only one treatment with a small number requiring a 2nd treatment. You should discuss your options that would be unique to your situation with your provider.

Although the bacteria may be the cause of the odor, it's possible that decreasing the sweat will have an effect. In this case, it may be worth trying a round of Botox for excessive underarms sweating, since it doesn't seem that other approaches have worked.Good luck!
This can be improved by using the Infini or Miradry in this area. Botox will also help but only temporarily. The key is to destroy the glands secreting the odor. I use the Infini for this. It takes 2-3 treatments to get a long lasting result.

Thanks for your question. I think you need to go elsewhere and find a certified injector next time. The effects will go away in 6 to 8 weeks most likely in the cheeks, but you should probably have less units expertly injected next time.Warmest regards, Dr. ALDO

I can't say for sure, but it may have to do with comfort level and experience. The technique can be a bit of challenge when your worry about smile changes and product migration. Botox there does work well and patients are generally pleased with results. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
