Short of avoiding contact sports, you should have not concerns with returning to any form of exercise that does not risk trauma to the upper lip right after the procedure.
It all depends on the exact details of the procedure and how it’s done. Ask your surgeon for their opinion. The way I perform these procedures, the incision is closed very securely and downtime is minimal. Best wishes.
