7 Days post Sculptra, scared I ruined my face. Is it normal to swell days after? Was 2 vials too much? Will it go down?

Thanks for your concerns. I think you should see your injector. They can examine you and tell you whether this is swelling or something else. I suggest you discuss ways to reduce swelling with your injector if that’s the diagnosis.

It is common to have swelling after any facial injection, including Sculptra.  A lot of the immediate post-treatment volume seen with Sculptra decreases as the body absorbs the water reconstituting the Sculptra.  The post-injection swelling can take 7-10+ days to resolve.  Consult with your treating physician for post-treatment instructions and your concerns.  Best of luck!
