Sculptra is a collagen stimulator that keeps you looking lifted and refreshed for up to two-and-a-half years with a series of treatments. However, I usually suggest a top-off at the year mark to maintain your look. After age 30, we lose one tablespoon of fat from the face per year, so volume loss adds up. Please find a board-certified dermatologist who’s an expert at rejuvenating and sculpting the face with Sculptra,
Thank you for your question. The reported longevity on Sculptra is around two years. So you would expect to have to repeat the treatments that often. However, different patients get different results and longevity, so you may find that you need it sooner or can make it longer, it all depends on your opinion of your results and your goals.Hope this helps!
Sculptra lasts up to 2 years at full correction. Sculptra is a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. I combine Sculptra with other fillers, lasers, toxins and skin care to give immediate results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. Several different factors can affect the longevity of a product but studies have shown that Sculptra can last two years. I hope this helps!
Thank you for your question. Depending on the person (age, condition of their skin, etc.), maintenance treatments for Sculptra are recommended every 9-12 months. Sculptra lasts longer than that but we need to do the maintenance treatment before the product begins to wear off or you will need additional treatments. All providers make different recommendations, but I have found this time frame helps my patients maintain beautiful results. I hope this helps. Best of luck to you!
Thank you for your question. Sculptra helps stimulate collagen in the areas treated and the result is subtle volume correction. Results typically last 2+ years and the number of vials needed depends on the degree of volume loss. Typically, maintenance treatments are required once a year. I recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!
Sculptra will stimulate the fibroblasts in your skin to produce collagen in the areas treated. The result is subtle volume correction that should last approximately 2 years. The number of vials injected varies depending on the degree of volume loss and how well your body responds to the filler. After reaching your volume goals it is recommended to have a maintenance treatment once a year to keep the desired volume. Before choosing Sculptra, schedule a consult with a board-certified dermatologist to discuss the best options for you.
Sculptra results can last up to two years but in my opinion it is better to do a little Sculptra every year in order to better maintain the results rather than lose most of the benefit and start over. Hope this helps. Best.
Thank you for your question. Sculptra has an FDA clearance for 2 years. It is a biostimulator which stimulates the production of new collagen. Newly formed collagen lasts from 5 to 7 years in most people. However, we have ongoing volume loss of around 5 cc/year due to aging so you can expect to do 1 to 2 vials every one to two years to maintain your results after full correction has been achieved.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore
Sculptra is not the right filler for this area. It is too watery to stay in place and correct the area of concern. Restylane is best. Some are using Bellafill. Always use cannulas here and never add too much
Sculptra does a wonderful job of filling out lost volume in the temples. It’s a collagen stimulator, so it will stimulate your body to produce more of your own, strengthening collagen and elastin. The results can last for up to two years, though you may want to touch up at the year to y...
Thank you for your question. Each physician’s office policy for payment is different. Some may charge upfront and others may not. I hope this helps!
