I would not recommend using Sculptra to add volume to the upper eyelid or the lower eyelid. The skin is very thin in the eyelids and it is possible to develop long standing visible irregularities using Sculptra in this area.

Sculptra is not the right filler for this area. It is too watery to stay in place and correct the area of concern. Restylane is best. Some are using Bellafill. Always use cannulas here and never add too much

Keloids develop in skin after injury to the skin layers. I have never seen or heard of a keloid developing from small needle sticks. Two vials of sculptra is a routine injection amount.
