I've had fillers placed along my jawline and chin to define my lower face, but it's still lacking strength and definition. Please advise. Laxity was also an issue addressed with fillers here. My cheeks also make me look older, are the malar pads sagging? Mouth smaller than when I was young. Lip lift or lower face lift appropriate?

In order to achieve more oval face, injection of Botox to reduce bulk of masseter muscles at the posterior part of lower jaw, is available option. Also, conservative liposuction along the jawline and anterior neck may be considered. Good luck.
