How restore mid + lower face?

Question

I've had fillers placed along my jawline and chin to define my lower face, but it's still lacking strength and definition. Please advise. Laxity was also an issue addressed with fillers here. My cheeks also make me look older, are the malar pads sagging? Mouth smaller than when I was young. Lip lift or lower face lift appropriate?

In this case, I offer my patient a jaw /chin implant to balance the face and enhance the lower face . I also offer them fat transfer if choose more organic and no implant option . I don't think you a candidate for lower facelift yet.

Your upper lip in the last photo looks longer because in the previous pictures, you are smiling. An upper lip lift could also be considered.
