What I can get done to have more of a sculpted look - Facelift needed?

Im wondering what I can get done to have more of a sculpted look, heart shaped face, high cheekbone. I feel like my lower face needs something. Its doesnt show much when I dont smile but its does when I do. I tried losing fat but at 5ft3 and 125 lbs there’s not a lot of room. Help?
