First, a description of the type of pain and if anything exacerbates it or reduces it.
From you photos alone, it does not appear that you have a capsular contracture. Is one breast significantly firmer than the other??
Depending on the type and cause of the pain, steroid injections or the use of an oral nerve medication (such as Neurontin or Lyrica) may help as well.
